ZOYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD

Custom software development

Web platforms, internal tools, admin consoles, customer portals and APIs. Built on modern, well-supported technology rather than whatever was fashionable the year the project started.

Mobile application development

Android and iOS applications, from first screen to store release. Push notifications, offline behaviour, payments, and the store paperwork most teams discover too late.

Product design

Research, user flows, wireframes, interface design and clickable prototypes. You see and approve the product before it is expensive to change.

Technology consultancy

Architecture and code reviews, build-versus-buy decisions, vendor selection, technical due diligence, and rescue work on projects that have stalled.

Cloud and DevOps

Hosting, environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, logging, backups and tested recovery. Set up once, so shipping stops being an event.

Support and maintenance

Agreed response times, monthly updates, dependency and security patching, and store compliance monitoring on published apps.

How we can be engaged

Three ways of working. Which one fits depends on how well defined the work is, not on how big your budget is.

Fixed scope project

A defined build with a written scope, a fixed price and milestone payments. Best when the requirements are clear and the end state is agreed. Changes are quoted as written variations rather than absorbed quietly.

Monthly retainer

An agreed number of days each month for continuing development, maintenance and support. Best for a live product that keeps evolving and needs someone accountable for it.

Consulting engagement

Time-boxed advisory work: an architecture review, a technical audit, due diligence on a system you are about to buy or inherit. Ends with a written recommendation you can act on.

Sectors we work in

The technology is the same. The rules, the users and the failure modes are not, which is why sector experience matters.

Retail and distribution

Inventory, expiry and stock control, supplier records, point of sale and reporting for businesses moving physical goods.

Field and home services

Marketplaces, dispatch, job tracking and quoting for artisans, technicians and service professionals working away from a desk.

Logistics

Shipment tracking, delivery assignment, proof of delivery and customer-facing status portals.

Professional services

Client portals, case and matter management, document handling and billing for firms that bill for their time.

Education

Student records, result processing, fee tracking and parent-facing portals for schools and training providers.

Financial services

Customer onboarding, transaction records, reconciliation dashboards and payment gateway integration.

Questions we get asked first

The honest answers, before you have to ask them on a call.

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for you. What we do is give a written quotation with a fixed price against a fixed scope, plus any third-party costs listed separately at cost. If the budget and the ambition do not match, we say so at that point rather than halfway through the build.

A focused mobile app or web platform usually runs between six and twelve weeks from signed scope to store submission. Discovery and design take the first two. Store review adds a few days on Google Play and longer on the App Store, and we build that into the timeline instead of promising a date we do not control.

You do, once the project is paid for. Source code sits in a repository you own, the domain is registered in your name, and signing keys and store accounts are handed over documented. We keep nothing back as leverage, which is the single most common way businesses lose control of their own product.

Yes. We can publish under Zoya Technologies Ltd while your registration and D-U-N-S number are still being processed, then transfer the app to your own developer account once it is ready. The alternative, publishing from a personal account, is what causes problems two years later.

Often. We start with a paid technical audit of what exists, which tells you honestly whether the code is worth continuing or whether rebuilding is cheaper than repairing. You get that assessment in writing and you are free to take it elsewhere.

Defects caused by our work are fixed free for thirty days. After that, support runs on a monthly retainer with agreed response times, covering updates, security patching, hosting supervision and the store policy changes that quietly break published apps if nobody is watching.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. Part of our job is telling you when the answer is smaller than you expected.
